SAP Cloud Platform CloudFoundry Environment Error Processing More than Quota

When trying to deploy the application to SAP Cloud Platform CloudFoundry using the command line CLI, I encountered the following error:

The reason is that the newly created subaccount named Haytham is not assigned an application runtime.
A subaccount assigned an application runtime is shown in the figure below. Includes Memory, Routes and Service.

I tried to assign an Application runtime to the subaccount of the problem, and found that there is no service plan available: You have already used all the global account quota for this serviceplan. To add this service plan, purchase more quota or removequota from other subaccounts.

From The prompt message shows that all subaccounts under a global account share the resources defined by the same service plan. For convenience, I reduced the Application runtime of another sub account I used by one, and allocated the saved one to the subaccount called Haytham. The problem was solved:
