We are a Microsoft store, and Silverlight is based on .NET, so it is very attractive to us. But my research only found a few high-traffic public websites that use Silverlight: NBC Olympic Games website and Major League Baseball website (turning to Flash ).

The following public-facing sites use Silverlight. I don’t have any data to show that they meet your “high volume” standards, although I’m sure NCAA, NBC Olympics And Microsoft Downloads are easy to qualify.
