Font-Awesome – Citrix: Unloaded web fonts in the Citrix browser

We are developing an intranet website, we use Google fonts and Font Awesome, the method is as follows:

People can access the Intranet through Citrix from the outside, and Citrix has its browser (IE 11). It seems to be in Citrix The font is loaded in the browser. If someone directly accesses the intranet within the network, there is no problem. I have attached an image showing the difference. The first navigation bar is the navigation bar in question. You can see the homepage icon (Font Awesome) is missing, and the menu font (Google font) is incorrect.

Thank you.

Not technically relevant, but I managed to improve the way fonts are displayed in Chrome inside Citrix by disabling this setting in Chrome.

Enter the following in the Chrome address bar and set To disable:

chrome://flags/#disable-accelerated-video-decode
