Windows tools for analyzing PostgreSQL log files

I activated log_duration in the PostgreSQL configuration in order to find the most expensive query.

Now I am looking for a tool (Windows) that enables I can analyze the generated log files. Can you recommend it?

The only thing I know is pgFouine:

http://pgfouine.projects.postgresql.org/

It is implemented in PHP, so it should also run on Windows.
