PowerDesigner Export Data Structure to Word

First, let’s briefly introduce how to export tables to Excel.

The first step is to find the Report tab and select Generate Report.

< /p>

The second step, select RTF that supports word format, and select a template predefined by the system.

The third step, click the OK dialog box to open the word document.

So far, the regular word has been exported, but I found a lot of content that is not available at all. Very good, powerdesign provides customized export.

Look at the effect first:

Then, let’s get started.

The first step, click the export template option

The second step, create a new export template

The third step is to select the fields to be exported. You can refer to my exported fields.

The fourth step, setting the layout

The fifth step is to save the template just set to the default template folder of the system.

The directory on my machine is: D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\PowerDesigner 16\Resource Files\Report Templates

The sixth step, back to the designed data model page. Export it! ! !
