IPAD viewport problem between portraits and landscape

I have a web page that appears on the ipad. I added this meta for the viewport:

It works very well in portraits, and then it also works normally when ipad enters landscape mode. The problem is , When I go back to portrait from landscape, the page is stretched, which means that some parts of the page leave the screen in portrait mode. I have to double-click the screen to return to normal view.

Then I tried:

But its width is not enough in portrait mode. When the icon/text should have only one line, the icon/text will wrap to 2 lines. It’s all gathered together. Any suggestions?
