I have the opportunity to use HP Gen8 server. It is released quickly and shows various CPU/memory/QPI initialization steps. It will take a long time, but at least I can see what is happening. < /p>
I see you use it as a workstation. Is there an option to keep the system running and take advantage of some BIOS power management options?
I have an HP ProLiant DL370 G6 server, which I use as a workstation. Before using a discrete Radeon HD6xxx GPU for screen launch, it takes 60 during restart and cold start Seconds. What can I do to make it start faster?

There is no choice here. Since the advent of Nehalem and newer CPUs, the POST time on HP systems has increased significantly.
