Visual-Studio-Code – Can I disable the update notification of vscode?

VsCode will nag me every time there is an update, that is, about every month.

Installing the update is a bit complicated (go to the website, download Deb, open the terminal, sudo dpkg, etc.) so I hope VsCode will not disturb my update column.

Is it possible?

I can’t find a setting that allows hiding this column..
