Hybrid-Mobile-App – Selected folder does not contain config.xml in PhoneGAP

enter image description hereI am using Windows 7. Mine Antivirus software is now disabled. I want to build a hybrid application. I downloaded the phone gap. When I created a new phone gap project their program “selected folder does not contain config.xml”. I tried a lot of time, But I cannot create a project. After seeing this message, the selected folder contains 4 folders, but it is empty. I want to build a hybrid application, but I am stuck in the beginning stage. So please help me to solve the problem .
I attached a screenshot of the project creation and error message. 1 The screenshot is how I created the project. 2nd when I clicked to create the project, one was the error message. The third was the creation of the project in the selected folder Empty folder.

When I select a configuration file folder, it shows as follows Wrong… enter image description here

It helped me to create a project through PhoneGap CLI, and then just add the project in Gui. This worked for me

>Use npm to install phonegap Cli: npm install -g phonegap @ latest>Go to the project folder and create a project: phonegap create testproject>Launch the PhoneGap desktop application and add an existing project
