This is driving me crazy. I have looked at all relevant MSDN tutorials, but they discussed how the “data field drag and drop area” and “add calculation series” menu option should exist but not , And did not provide a screenshot to show the’data field drop zone’ is. This is the menu I get when I “right click on the field in the data field drop zone”:
It’s frustrating The thing is that I know that I have seen this calculated series content before, but I can’t find it anymore, it is not in the’series properties’ dialog that I can see, and I can’t find a tutorial on how to find this function. I guess you can only have one calculation series on certain chart types, or I haven’t opened some signs or other things, but I haven’t seen any mention of it.
Can you tell me how to Does Report Builder 2.0 add a row of graphs showing the median of my data? I think I can do this by adding a’moving average’ through the’calculated series’, but I can’t find how to add it.
Edit: On another chart, “add a calculated series” Menu options are available. This is a stacked column chart, and the series I right-clicked is an expression using RunningValue.
< div class="answer"> I have to delete the series group (from the’data field placement area’ on the right side of the chart) so that all I have are 1) category group (bottom of chart) and 2) data series (top) chart ). Then I can right-click on the data series at the top of the chart, “Add Calculated Series” is a menu option.
