Browse the menu in Eclipse without moving my hand

If you are lazy like me, then every time you need to use the menu in Eclipse, you don’t want to do it. Is there a way to navigate the menu in Eclipse without moving your hand to the mouse Or arrow keys?

I searched for key bindings for menu navigation (replace up/down/left/right), but it is empty.

UPDATE
To clarify, I am familiar with Many features mentioned in the answer, such as “Show Key Assist” and “Quick Access”. I found that the only way I really got hands-on was to browse a list of items, such as Package Explorer or Open Resource dialog. I didn’t find any of the arrow keys Alternative methods to perform these operations.

I like to add “Show Key Assist”, and “Quick Access “Bind to a convenient key to get a list of all menus/commands/views accessible from the context I’m currently in.

This is not a replacement for the ALT arrow, but it can help Reduce the menu exploration you need to do in order to find the correct startup action.
