Find the font used by the browser and adjust the CSS?

A customer complained that on his website, the CSS on his website looks terrible. I checked and found that he used some settings in the browser to change the font Set to a specific font and also have a minimum height.

The problem now is that some css depends on the height and is not working properly now.
Is there any chance I found such a thing and covered css? (Except for using PHP to do and load custom css)

I agree with the above comments. If the user customizes Its local font settings, you should not use onus to make it work. They have covered your design. That being said, this is a way to use JavaScript to detect fonts.
