HP-ProLiant – ProLiant DL360 RAID5 Hot Slug Driver

I have a DL360 G5 running WinSrvr2003, and a 3-drive (72GB) SAS Raid 5 array on the P400i controller. A single array has two partitions. (Operating system and data storage ) Drive 2 has failed and is offline (amber and internal beep) I have replaced the drive but cannot find step-by-step instructions in hot swap and drive rebuild. When the system is online and running, do I just need to pull the drive and Insert a new drive?

I am familiar with the program supported by Dell, but HP Proliant is not. Does anyone have a link to this instruction?

Yes, in this case, you will pull the broken drive and insert a new one. HP The Smart Array controller will automatically start the rebuild process.

This can be very hot while the system is running.
