RAID – How to replace the drive on NAS?

I have a Thecus N8800 NAS. It has 8 2TB drives, which are RAID 6. Recently one drive reported bad blocks, although the RAID is still reported as healthy.

I want to replace the drive before it fails, but I have never managed the NAS before. How to replace the drive and maintain data integrity? Can I pull out the drive and replace it while it is running, or do I need to shut it down somehow? After replacing the drive, how will RAID be rebuilt?

As long as you have the correct new drive and know which one is Replace it, I will keep the UI tool before and after to keep an eye on the process.

As long as you have the correct new drive and know which disk is dead, then you just need to replace it and I will keep the UI tools before and after , In order to pay close attention to the process.
