I have a Thecus N8800 NAS. It has 8 2TB drives and is a RAID 6. Recently there is A drive is reported to have bad blocks, although the RAID is still reported as healthy.

As long as you have the correct new drive and know which disk is dead, then you just need to replace it and I will keep the UI tools before and after , In order to pay close attention to the process.
