RAID controller problem: NVDIMM or not?

I’m in the new RAID controller market for Dell servers, I can choose between “PERC H700 512mb Cache” and “PERC H700 512mb NVDIMM Cache”. There is a $200 difference between the two cards , Can anyone recommend one of them? Is the second option worth the extra $200?
