Using thousands of different PayPal APIs, we can host the checkout process on our website, we can obtain and process credit card information from customers, without the customer having to leave our website, and the customer does not need to check anything related to PayPal (So PayPal is 100% invisible).
I am confused about this PayPal documentation page:
“Please note: Direct Payment API is not a standalone product. You need to combine Direct Payment API and Express Checkout Used together as part of the Website Payments Pro solution.” Express Checkout requires you to display the PayPal logo, etc..
This page is very clear that you must provide the branded express checkout option to use the direct payment API.
I think I’m just looking to confirm whether someone uses PayPal in this way and does not make PayPal 100% invisible to customers?
Edit::I Need to clarify this-we received an exception from PayPal so that we don’t have a PayPal button on our website. I missed this information because someone else in my office actually made this arrangement. My suggestion is that you ask you PayPal integrated account, who made the exception for us.

Yes, you can.. We use PayPal on our website PerqWorks, and only allow payment by credit card. The PayPal product is Website Payments Pro. I do In order to integrate, it is fairly easy. If your sales are less than $10,000 per month, the cost is very low.
Edit:: I need to clarify this point-we receive an exception from PayPal, So that we don’t have a PayPal button on our website.
