VB.NET – Medical Software – should I write or use existing software?

I don’t know anything about medical records, but I’m sure there is a good opportunity now.

I plan to find software to manage records or build my Own software.

If I build it myself, can someone recommend the platform? I prefer vb.net. Is there anything better?

If you do not recommend me to build my own medical record keeping software, please recommend something that already exists. Is there any benefit of openEMR?

I plan to start some kind of system as the demo of the little doctor’s office.
