I am familiar with it, and I know if it can complete you Everything it needs to do, but I think this is a very good start for you.
I know this has been discussed several times on stackoverflow, but I Can’t find enough answers. For a project, I am looking for the best software/api/library that can recognize the barcode numbers in the input image. It will be used in mobile phones (iPhone, Windows phones, Android, etc.), so it should be good at Bad angles, blurred images and capturing barcodes under bad conditions. As long as you do a good job, open source or commercial does not matter (it is true that open source will be better :))
