Office365 – Office 365 Add Item Do I need a specific Internet Explorer security setting?

When trying to deploy an Office 365 add-in to one of our customers, we encountered the following problems:

The add-in is on the Word desktop and Word Online Loading. When one of the buttons is pressed, an error message is displayed:
“Sorry, we cannot load the application because your browser version is not supported. Click here to see the list of supported browser versions. “

Related version:
IE 11 update 42
Word O365 ProPlus 1705 (current channel)

The Internet Explorer version is completely up-to-date, and we have seen it applicable In this version of IE. There may be some security settings that prevent Word from loading the add-in, but I cannot find any information about this.

Does anyone know if there is a setting that may cause this behavior?

Thanks in advance!

This is the error message that appears when one of the buttons tries to open TaskPane. Other buttons that execute some JavaScript will show an error mode dialog with more or less the same text. I Sorry that this error message is in Dutch, but I haven’t found a way to reproduce it on an English system.
