MacOS – CVS for Mac OSX

Is there a place where I can get the cvs executable file of OSX as a standalone binary file?

I don’t want to go through the whole process of having to download XCode just to get cvs. I don’t use cvs, except that the source of flickrj is only released through the cvs repository.
